Job Description: We are seeking experienced full-time cannabis trimmers to join our team in Adelanto. In this position, you will meticulously trim cannabis by hand from our gardens before sending it to retail stores. We require at least 2 years of experience in trimming high-quality dense indoor cannabis. Responsibilities: Tightly trim cannabis by hand for medicinal or retail purposes. Trim at least 200 – 454 grams of flower per day. Organize the flowers, shake, and sort trimmings into bins for weighing every two weeks. Keep track of the product you trim for end-of-shift weighing. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area. Assist with plant harvesting as needed. Must provide your own trimming equipment. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Reliable transportation. Must have experience Trimming experience is required. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Pay Rate: $75 per pound of finished nugs. Experienced trimmers should be able to complete at least 1.5 pounds per day. Work Schedule: Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
